The 7th International Conference on Combinatorics, Graph Theory, and Network Topology (ICCGANT) was held from November 21 to 22, 2023.  This is an annual event organized by PUI-PT Combinatorics and Graph. ICCGANT year brought a special guest from Uludag University Turkey, he is Prof. Ismail Naci Cangul. This year's ICCGANT was slightly different from the previous year because it was held in a hybrid manner. Several invited guests attended from the University of Indonesia, Bandung Institute of Technology, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Trunojojoy University, Surabaya University, etc. While the invited speakers at this year's ICCGANT amounted to 6 people, each invited speaker presented different material, but still related to graph theory. Prof. Drs. Dafik, M.Sc., Ph.D. as Chairman of PUI-PT Combinatorics and Graph said in his speech that this conference is not only a forum for academics, researchers, and practitioners to share knowledge and experience, but also an important momentum in exploring the potential for cross-border collaboration and forming a strong scientific network. All of us here have a crucial role in shaping the future of research and applications in this field.

The event then continued with a presentation by the first invited speaker, Prof. Ismail Naci Cangul. In his presentation Prof. Cangul explained about "Realizability of Graphs by Means of Omega Invariant". The second invited speaker was Prof. Dr. Sunny Josseph Kalayathankal who presented the material on "Fuzzy Modeling and Decision Making Applications in Engineering Science". The third invited speaker was Dr. Sharifah Kartini Said Husain who delivered a presentation on "Combinatorial Structure Associated with Low-Dimensional Filiform Leibniz Algebras". The fourth Invited Speaker was Prof. Drs. Slamin, M.Comp.Sc., Ph.D. who delivered material on "Recreational Graph Theory". The next Invited Speaker was a special guest who will establish research collaboration with PUI-PT Combinatorics and Graph, namely Dr. V. Swaminathan. He presented the material on "Hypergraph and Its Applications". The event then continued with a parallel session attended by offline presenters.
