The second day of ICCGANT 2023 was opened with a welcome by a special guest who attended offline, Prof. Ismail Naci Cangul. In his speech, Prof. Cangul hoped that ICCGANT this year would not only be an academic forum, but also a place of inspiration for new ideas and creative solutions. ICCGANT 2023 can be the first step for long-term partnerships, continuous knowledge exchange, and synergy between experts in this field. This collaboration will not only enrich our outlook but will also result in meaningful contributions to the development of global science. The event then continued with the explanation of the material by invited speakers. There was a total of two invited speakers on the second day of ICCGANT 2023. The first invited speaker was Prof. Drs. Dafik who explained about "Rainbow Antimagic Coloring in Secret Sharing Scheme: A Breakthrough for Symmetric Cryptography". Prof. Dafik explained that the secret sharing method utilizes basic mathematical principles, such as linear algebra and number theory, to divide secret information into parts that are distributed among participating parties.

Shamir's secret sharing scheme, developed by Adi Shamir in 1979, uses polynomial interpolation to divide the secret into pieces that are spread among the secret holders. Prof. Dafik then developed Shamir's idea with rainbow antimagic coloring. As the name implies, rainbow antimagic coloring is a type of labeling in graph theory that produces paths with different colors (Rainbow). The second invited speaker was Prof. Muhammad Imran who presented the material on "Recent Updates on The Metric Dimension of Circulant Graph". Prof. Imran said that one of the main concepts in the metric dimension of graph theory is the Hausdorff dimension, which measures the extent to which a set (in this context, the vertices in the graph) can "cover" the metric space. The metric dimension of graph theory also has significant applications in various fields, including communication networks, algorithm analysis, and modeling of complex structures. For example, in communication networks, a deep understanding of metric dimension can help optimize communication routes and improve data transmission efficiency. The event was followed by a group photo and presentations by the online presenters.
