Researchers of PUI-PT Combinatorics and Graph Attend Hasanuddin University for International Conference on Graph Theory and Information Security (ICGTIS VI)

A distinguished delegation from the PUI-PT Combinatorics and Graph visited Hasanuddin University in Makassar to participate in the prestigious International Conference on Graph Theory and Information Security, held from August 29 to August 31, 2024. The event attracted experts and academics from various parts of the world, showcasing the latest research and developments in these critical areas of study. PUI-PT Combinatorics and Graph delegation was led by Prof. Drs. Dafik, M.Sc., Ph.D., as IndoMS President and PUI Chair, alongside other esteemed members including Dr. Ika Hesti Agustin, S.Si., M.Si., Dr. Ridho Alfarisi, S.Pd., M.Si., Marsidi, S.Si., M.Si., Rafiantika Megahnia Prihandini, S.Pd., M.Si., Elsa Yuli Kurniawati, S.Pd., M.Si., and Rifki Ilham Baihaki, S.Si., M.Mat. Each member of the delegation presented their most recent research findings, contributing valuable insights to the global academic community.

During the conference, the delegates focused on cutting-edge topics such as Rainbow Antimagic Labeling, Cryptography, and Steganography. These presentations were met with great interest from participants, sparking lively discussions and potential collaborations. Prof. Dafik, and Dr. Ika, delivered compelling presentations on Cryptography, exploring new methods to enhance data security in the digital age. Their research highlighted the importance of cryptographic techniques in safeguarding information against evolving cyber threats. Dr. Rdho, Marsidi, Rafiantika, and Elsa, shared his expertise on Rainbow Antimagic Labeling, a novel approach that has significant implications for graph theory. Meanwhile, Rifki, also presented on various aspects of Steganography, discussing innovative approaches to concealing data within digital media. These contributions underscored the growing significance of information security in the face of increasing digital communication and data exchange.
