IPDP 2026: Bridging the Digital Divide: Gender, Communication and Policy Mechanisms for Agricultural Technology Adoption in Hill Regions of Uttarakhand

We proudly present another impactful research collaboration under the International Post Doctoral Program (IPDP) 2026, organized through academic partnership between the University of Jember (Indonesia), Galgotias University (India), and Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun, India, under the coordination of the CGANT Research Group (Combinatorics, Graph Theory and Network Topology).

Research Title:
Bridging the Digital Divide: Gender, Communication and Policy Mechanisms for Agricultural Technology Adoption in Hill Regions of Uttarakhand.

Postdoctoral Researcher: Associate Professor Dr. Himani Binjola (Department of Media and Mass Communication, Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun, India).

This research contributes to advancing knowledge in digital inclusion, communication studies, and sustainable agricultural development, supporting global initiatives aligned with SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure).
