This year, PUI-PT Combinatorics and Graph is holding the International Conference on Neural Networks and Machine Learning (ICONNSMAL) 2023. This event is the second since last year and will be held from 7 November 2023 to 8 November 2023. This event presents 6 speakers, including Prof. Dr. Muhammad Rezal, Ph.D. from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Prof. Bayu Taruna Widjaja Putra, M.Eng., Ph.D. from University of Jember, Asc. Prof. Dr. G. Nagamani from The Gandhigram Rural Institute, Dr. R. Sunder, M.Sc., M.Tech., Ph.D. from Shardaya College of Engineering and Technology, Prof. Drs. Slamin, M.Comp.Sc., Ph.D. from University of Jember, and Prof. Drs. Dafik, M.Sc., Ph.D. from University of Jember. The event began with an opening remark by Prof. Dafik as Chair of PUI-PT Combinatorics and Graph. In his opening Prof. Dafik said that this international conference has a very important role in increasing international research collaboration. This could be a starting point for joint international research projects that could draw on the diverse expertise and resources of different countries. Prof. Dafik also added that participants who take part in this activity can improve your professional profile and create better career opportunities. This can help you in achieving a better academic position or job in the industry. The event then continued with the nyambih pelting dance, a dance that tells the story of the cultural life of the Madurese people. Then sing the song Indonesia Raya and the Hymn Unej. The event then continued with a presentation by the keynote speaker and a group photo session.
