Climate change is one of the more urgent issues to be faced today. In dealing with climate change, literacy is very important. Literacy can help individuals to understand existing environmental problems, and provide an understanding of how to reduce the negative impacts of climate change. On the other hand, technology is also developing rapidly. One of the increasingly popular technologies is artificial intelligence (AI). AI can be used in various fields, including education. The use of AI in education can help improve learning effectiveness and provide a more interactive learning experience. In this context, teachers' creative thinking skills are very important to develop. Teachers who have creative thinking skills can help develop STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) problems based on artificial intelligence integrated with research-based learning. This can help increase student literacy in dealing with climate change. To realize this concept, PUI-PT Combinatorics and Graph held a service for teachers at SMP Negri 3 Jember. This service has the theme, "Improving teachers' creative thinking skills in developing STEM problems based on artificial intelligence integrated with research based learning to foster student literacy in dealing with climate change" (3/5). Prof. Drs. Dafik, M.Sc., Ph.D. in his remarks said that teachers' creative thinking skills can help students to develop critical and creative thinking skills needed in dealing with complex challenges such as climate change. Students can be taught to evaluate information, find innovative solutions, and identify new patterns that emerge. Apart from Prof. Dafik, a member of the PUI-PT Combinatorics and Graph who participated in this dedication included Dr. Arika Indah Kristiana, S.Si., M.Pd. and Zainur Rasyid Ridlo, S.Pd., M.Pd.
