PUI-PT Combinatorics and Graph had the opportunity to attend as guests of honor at MTSN 7 Jember. This attendance was in the context of socializing the "Sembari" technology proposed by the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). In his speech, Prof. Drs. Dafik, M.Sc., Ph.D. conveyed that BRIN's goal in proposing the use of "Sembari" technology is to accelerate digital transformation in Indonesia. "Sembari" in this context is a digital platform that allows students to learn or engage in other activities while accessing specific digital content such as videos, e-books, or articles. By using the "Sembari" platform, students can optimize their free time to learn or improve their knowledge while engaging in other activities such as exercise, sunbathing, or doing household chores. Prof. Dafik also added that "Sembari" technology can help teachers and students at MTSN 7 Jember in improving their quality of life and competitiveness in the rapidly developing digital era. "Sembari" technology is also expected to encourage MTSN 7 Jember students to actively learn and access information digitally, thus reducing the digital divide. In addition to Prof. Dafik, there were two other speakers who participated in this socialization, namely Dr. Ika Hesti Agustin, S.Si., M.Si., and Zainur Rasyid Ridlo, S.Pd., M.Pd. Dr. Ika presented several examples of STEM applications that support student literacy in facing climate change, while Zainur presented on the use of sensors combined with the Internet of Things (IoT) to produce smart sensors. Ihsanuddin, S.Pd., M.Pd. as the head of the madrasa hoped that such activities can continue in the future to strengthen the relationship with PUI-PT Combinatorics and Graph.
