International Post Doctoral Program (IPDP)
International Post-Doctoral Program (IPDP) is a non-fellowship collaborative research scheme designed to facilitate joint research between the University of Jember and partner universities worldwide. The program provides an academic platform for postdoctoral researchers to engage in structured collaboration, such as co-developing research proposals, conducting joint studies, exchanging expertise, and producing shared research outputs. Through supervised and outcome-oriented research activities, participants are supported to strengthen their research track record and to disseminate findings through peer-reviewed international publications, with a targeted minimum quality level of Scopus-indexed journals ranked at least Q3 (or equivalent reputable international journals). The program emphasizes research integrity, methodological rigor, and measurable scholarly outputs, while expanding international academic networks and institutional cooperation. Participants have the opportunity to undertake a short-term research visit to the University of Jember for up to one month. During this period, they will engage in joint research activities under the guidance of prominent professors and experienced research teams. The visit also provides access to well-equipped laboratory facilities and relevant outdoor research fields, enabling participants to gain hands-on experience in applying research methods, collecting data, and conducting practical investigations in real-world settings.
