IPDP 2025: An Adaptive Lightweight Compressed Video Delivery System for Minimizing the Energy Consumption and Transmission Time

We are proud to announce the implementation of the International Post Doctoral Program (IPDP) 2025, which involves international collaboration between several prominent institutions from Indonesia and India.

Research Title:

An Adaptive Lightweight Compressed Video Delivery System for Minimizing the Energy Consumption and Transmission Time

Supervisory Team:

  • Prof. Drs. Dafik, M.Sc., Ph.D. (Universitas Jember, Indonesia)
  • Prof. Dr. R. Sunder (Galgotias University, India)
  • Prof. Dr. Siva Shankar S (KG Reddy College of Engineering and Technology, India)

Postdoctoral Researcher: Prof. (Dr.) Priyanka Kaushik (Chandigarh University, India)

This program is part of strengthening international research collaboration in the field of multimedia systems and energy-efficient communication technologies, with a specific focus on developing an adaptive lightweight video delivery system that minimizes both energy consumption and transmission time. Through this program, the University of Jember enhances its global research network in promoting sustainable digital infrastructure by optimizing video compression techniques and adaptive streaming strategies for resource-constrained environments.
