We are proud to announce the implementation of the International Post Doctoral Program (IPDP) 2025, which involves international collaboration between several prominent institutions from Indonesia and India.

Postdoctoral Researcher: Prof. (Dr.) Priyanka Kaushik (Chandigarh University, India)

This program is part of strengthening international research collaboration in the field of human-centered artificial intelligence and seasonal retail analytics, with a particular focus on developing AI forecasting models that incorporate consumer insights to improve the perception of product availability in microenterprises operating under seasonal demand. Through this program, the University of Jember expands its global research network in advancing adaptive, customer-informed decision systems that support inventory planning, customer trust, and business resilience in small-scale seasonal retail environments.
